Terms of Use
Effective 6 July 2026
1. Who we are
Optimise Club is operated by COGNIFIN LABS. We run a distribution platform for brand gift cards and a membership rewards programme. We are not a bank, wallet, or payment system: we do not hold your funds, and payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment gateways.
2. Gift cards
Every gift card sold on Optimise Club is issued by the named brand or its authorised issuer and is governed by that issuer's terms — including validity period, redemption rules, and balance handling. We display those terms with each card before you buy. Once a code is delivered to your account and revealed, treat it like cash: we cannot recover a code that has been shared.
3. Club points
Club points are a promotional benefit, not money. They carry no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and are redeemable only inside Optimise Club per the programme rules shown in the app. Earn rates and redemption options can change prospectively; points already in your balance keep the rules they were earned under until any communicated change takes effect.
4. Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us immediately about unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 to purchase; under-18 members require verified parental consent for purchases, per Indian data-protection law. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or unlawful use — and we will always tell you why unless the law prevents it.
5. Refunds and problems
Failed payments are reversed to the original payment method per your gateway and bank timelines. If an order completes but a code is not delivered, contact support — undelivered orders are refunded in full. Issues with redeeming a delivered card at the brand are governed by the issuer's terms, but our support team will help you pursue them.
6. Liability and disputes
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim concerns. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at our registered place of business have jurisdiction. Grievances go first through the redressal process on the Grievance page.
7. Changes
We will notify you of material changes to these terms in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
